Ms. Shobha Rani is an Associate Member of ICAI since 2019 and Managing Partner of the Firm.
She has completed her Article ship training at Niranjan & Narayan, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad during the period from 2014-2017 and later worked as a consultant in a reputed organization till 2020.
She has handled various Statutory, Internal, Concurrent Audits, Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisitions and ROC Compliances of Listed, Large, Medium & Small size companies dealing in Infra & Power Industry, Manufacturing Industry like Sugar, Aqua Processing, cement, Pharmaceutical Industry, Construction, Health Care, Software, Bio-Technology, Banks, PSU and Government Companies, etc.
Mr. Prudhviraj Mattapally, ACA
CA Prudhviraj Mattapally is an associate member of ICAI from 2019. Before joining SSPM & ASSOCIATES he established an independent firm PRUDHVIRAJ & ASSOCIATES to cater the needs of both corporates and non-corporates in the areas of taxation, audit and finance.
From the initial days of his career he started appearing before various tax forums (ITAT, CESTAT, others) and resolved diversified tax disputes through his convincing style of arguments, due to which he was able to develop associations with Advocates appearing in the High Courts as well as the Supreme Court, Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners.
His efficiency in the areas of direct tax litigations with equal weight to indirect taxes bought him name and fame in short tenure. He is always ready to render valuable tax advice and support to start ups and young professionals.
